
Bindy has held in-house management roles leading diversity and inclusion (D&I) for large global companies, including Director of D&I at Afterpay, Global Head of D&I at Xero and Global Manager of D&I at WorleyParsons.
Bindy started her career as an employment lawyer, with a particular focus on discrimination, harassment, bullying and equal opportunity. This developed into a passion for assisting organisations to deliver effective strategies and solutions to build positive, safe, inclusive and respectful workplace cultures.
Throughout her career, Bindy has worked to deliver effective, engaging and impactful strategies and programs for clients across a broad range of industries, including tech, engineering, manufacturing, professional services, transport, science, education, the arts and the live performance industry.
Bindy holds an Honours Degree in Law and a Master of Laws from Monash University.
